Market Entry Advisory
From "should we enter?" to doors open.
What it is
From strategy to storefront. One team throughout.
CRED offers market entry advisory services, with senior advisors helps take a brand from “should we enter this market?” to doors open and trading. Instead of hiring separate consultants for strategy, brokers for real estate, and operators for launch, CRED brings one accountable team to the full process. We validate the market, choose the operating model, secure the right sites, build the local operation, and manage the launch.
A major focus of our work is international market entry, where local market knowledge, operating complexity, and execution risk are highest. We also work with digitally native brands entering physical retail for the first time, helping them evaluate where a first store can work, what it should look like, and how to prove the concept before scaling.
On the real estate side, CRED works across the full cycle within each market. We prioritize cities and trade areas, source sites through vetted local brokers and landlord relationships, negotiate leases and purchase agreements under local rules, and manage design and construction through grand opening. The vendor network is already in place, not assembled from scratch.
On the operations side, we build what the store needs to trade: an operating model that is direct, joint venture, or distributor led; a local team and organization design; supply chain and 3PL; regulatory, tax, and trademark navigation; and localized digital and ecommerce. Real estate gets the doors open; operations keeps them open.
The result: faster entries, fewer costly missteps, and a first store that actually proves the market.
